Every year, the tourism master students in Aalborg are challenged by a tourism business or attraction to assist with input to their ongoing innovation process. In 2023, it is Aalborg Historical Museum that has set the challenge: help us turn Aalborg into a historical destination by linking up the main museum with key historical sites in the city centre – but how?

25 students from all over the world will participate in a design thinking process where they will empathise with potential users, define problems from the users’ perspective, ideate possible solutions, prototype and test them – and finally pitch their results to the staff at Aalborg Historical Museum. The organisers look forward to seeing the students’ inspiring and innovative ideas come to life in the coming weeks.
